I helped develop an electric identity with a hint of fun for a start-up digital recruitment business based on the ideas of relationships and technology.
We helped Lloyd establish the values and ethos that will be at the heart of his business. He was very aware of his target client and where he saw the business within the market, which helped us ensure that wherever the business had a presence, this was communicated effectively.
As a start-up, Lloyd had a tight budget to work to with no initial resources, meaning that everything had to be achieved on a shoestring. This doesn't mean to say that corners were cut or that quality was compromised, but that we were very selective with third party expenditure.
With a background of working within a large recruitment agency in London, Lloyd Stokes wanted to launch a customer-centric agency of his own, focussing on digital and technology recruits.
Their approach is to truly understand the person first before matching a role to their needs; by understanding the detail Talent Digital will put the right people in front of the right companies. This approach means that most of candidates will come from referrals and recommendations rather than a job board.
I want to build a small and very personal digital recruitment business which focuses hard on delivering outstanding quality coupled with a fun, honest and integrity filled experience for both clients and candidates. This isn't about re-inventing the wheel, it's about going back to the basics of what good recruitment is about, namely understanding in real detail what a client wants and coupling that with what a candidate really wants.
