Overview
We knew Kelly as one of the founding partners of Lounge Hair and Beauty, one of our long-standing clients and when she announced she was leaving to open her own salon she came straight to us to help her get started.
Her clients are typically those who are affluent and willing to pay more for a better, more personal service. They are those who lead busy lifestyles and want to get the most from their time at the salon. They are fashion-conscious and image-aware, taking great pride in their appearance.
We offered our advice on how to operate and present herself as a solo enterprise, and developed an identity to reflect that strategy.
